Bad idea. Why punish those who are asleep? Working? Enjoying life?
The draft is slow at stages, and yet sometimes we have 5 or 6 picks within the hour. It all evens out.

Well these rounds aren't that important anyways. You could always send in your picks to someone (prince ews?) in advance or something if you don't think you'll be able to get on the forum within the time limit.
