This game was almost in danger of being interesting, and Misbah quickly put a stop to it. His only problem is he sometimes takes this job too seriously.

I honestly love Misbah. He is such a random cricketer. I struggle to think of anyone so confusing.

One of the guys writing in to the Cricinfo ball-by-ball noted how he can play a test, ODI and T20 innings all in the one innings, no matter the format. It is so true.

The guy is just an absolute enigma. People use that word to describe other players (often also Pakistani), but never has there been an enigma like Misbah.

Big fan.

I wouldn't necessarily call it a high quality match, but it has been entertaining.

The previous two ODIs were neither.

Want WI to get a win (Bishoo  ) but would love for Misbah to take Pakistan home single handedly as well.

The way his career has worked out really makes me love him as well. He had limited opportunities in his prime and didn't really make the most of them so he sat out for ages, but he just kept dominating domestically and eventually got a recall when Pakistan were desperate at the ripe old age of 843. He then went on to back up two ideas I hold strong - firstly that awesome domestic cricketers are often dispensed with too early if they don't shine immediately in Tests and secondly that older cricketers often still have the ability to perform at really high levels as long as they have the drive - by playing some awesome knocks in all formats.

Then when everyone thought his career was finally over, all those attributes kicked into overdrive - he had another awesome domestic season, was recalled yet again amongst more desperation and drama, was given captaincy (which he's made a very good fist of) and has had a third coming as an international batsman.

Such a gun.

Riaz' last two shots have been ******** IMO. Now they've probably won Pakistan the game, but still. That sort of **** is how you lose games from this position.

That six should not be applauded IMO. Misbah must have **** himself when he saw Riaz back away and give Sammy a view of all 3 stumps.

I also love Misbah. When he first played in the IPL in 2008 I supported Bangalore just because Misbah was in it. He has had a remarkable few months. Also the only player in the current Pak squad to average 40 plus in both Tests and ODI's. I really want him to average 50 plus for Tests.

Devendra Bishoo has been real impressive. He will never become a superstar with his style of bowling, but delivering wicket-to-wicket with variation will net him plenty of wickets throughout his career.

A touch of the Mahendra Nagamootoo about his bowling (although Bishoo has managed to take international wickets).
