Don't know where to post this,and did not want to start another thread -
But have to say the timing of the closing of the Tendulkar vs Bradman thread is odd.
Since the thread was started basically it has been almost like a witch hunt by certain posters against people on a particular side of the debate. And has also included generalisations and ignorant posts by a couple of posters calling people from "not living on earth" to stupid ,ignorant to not cricket fans and not valid etc....
But now when there was no name calling it was closed .Strange.
Either should have done it earlier or not done it know.
And are moderators taking a look at posts in that thread or they need to be reported?

The reason it's closed is partly because of you. You couldn't follow the thread properly and descended it into BS after I had specifically asked people to vote and leave discussions be. You regurgitated your copy/paste argument.

I did not engage in any name calling or mocking as you have been throughout the whole thread.
Basically you were the one engaging in generalisation and discounting people's opinion because they did not match your own and making ignorant posts like you have to rate Bradman highest to be a cricket fan and you have to know about him to know anything about the game.
And also you asked people to vote to know "who was living in another planet" and who wa s "stupid and ignorant" etc.. as Jono highlighted in this post -

It is quite damning evidence in itself. And it is ridiculous that you and some others were allowed to do this for so long.
That is why the timing of the thread close was strange as there was no name calling at the time like earlier from one side alone.
And i made the same argument there because you were engaging in your usual propoganda rubbish instead of having any relevant debate.
I made the points and again you had no real reply to it like previous times and just kept engaging in pedantic debate and making the ignorant points you were trying to spread as above and as usual backtracked from the points you were making earlier when it suited you.
You are a expert at winding up people and engaging in pages of pointless debate even when you know you are wrong ,so i really don't want to go over that again here.
Just asked a question to the mods and just want clarification about the timing of the close of the thread.

This isn't the place for having a go at each other, or carrying on the debate that was going on before the thread was closed.
Cevno - there wasn't meant to be any specific meaning to the time point at which it was closed, it was just a cumulation of the posting going on over the last 5-10 pages, and in the context of the previous closed thread.
EDIT: In case that isn't clear enough - posts that are just insulting others will be deleted.
