International Coach
I think players should stop calling test cricket the pinnacle of international cricket when they are willing to turn their backs to test cricket in a heart-beat.

Not saying Malinga' decision is a bad one because as it is he was hardly playing any test cricket, but the number of good players quitting test cricket should be a big worry and sadly guess there isn't much that can be done about it.

Have once again bet against the favourite. Strategy has been a disaster this year but in the previous year it worked brilliantly.

Figured it'd be even better this year since the bookies/punters would simply be guessing how good teams are considering they are all knew.

But favourites have dominated :(

Come on Hyderabad!

BTW, Brad Hodge was such a smart buy by the Kochi franchise. For all its negatives, it's good that the IPL gives us chances to watch guys like him who didn't get chances in international cricket, and also the retired legends like Warne, Gilchrist, Kumble etc.

Just wish someone had picked Lara up as well. :(

ITV's coverage:

Token Indian woman: "A very good start for Deccan Chargers!"
Simon Hughes: "No."
Judging by the tone of this forum lately, the token Indian woman must be right, because Simon Hughes reckons Tendulkar is comparable to Bradman, and henceforth is a nutcase :-O

Let's make this the deciding experiment then.

Deccan win: Bradman > Tendulkar
Bangalore win: Tendulkar > Bradman

Two swings and a miss and then clean bowled off a full toss from Steyn

Great experiment Bangalore lol.

Such a ******** experiment.

It's not as if batsmen don't have the license to come in and start swinging straightaway in T20 in any case.

Ishant is bowling pretty well by the looks of it. Where was this in South Africa (more specifically on day 4 at Cape Town), you ****? :(

Devilliers never looked comfortable out there tbh.

Gony is bowling really well. Never rated him, but fair play to him.

Ishant consistently bowling at 150Kms. Just needs to get his seam movement back and would be awesome in Australia at the end of the year.
