FFS, it's England we talking about.. They themselves are a friggin minnow when it comes to ODI cricket.. Compare to the likes of Aus, SA, Ind, SL and figure out where England stand.. Eng Suck in ODI's is a known fact.
Oh yes, must have missed the 12 month or whatever it was spell that England were unbeaten in ODI series before the Australia one.

Including a win in SA IIRC. 8-)

If you don't reckon what Netherlands did today is an achievement you're being silly.

Ireland and Bangladesh qualified ahead of Pakistan and India last WC ffs.

Point is stop supporting the the inclusion of minnows in the WC.
I wasn't supporting the inclusion of minnows. I said that I didn't really have a problem with them being included, as long as the length of the tournament could be shortened.

EDIT :

Sorry mate. I did not intend to reply to ur post.. I clicked yours by mistake.
Oh, okay mate. All good. :)

Ah well. Good effort, Netherlands. I'm off to bed now. Would love to wake up to news of a big collapse, but I doubt it.

So come on who thought Strauss would ever get a 34 ball 50?

Been easy so far, just got to be sensible and as long as one of these two get a ton it should be a simple win.

Make no mistake, this is definitely going down to the wire.
If it does it will only be because its England batting. On this pitch, with these bowlers, from this situation it should be a cake walk for any half decent international side.

Which is why England are 1/9 at the bookies

Cue soft dismissal to NL's weakest bowler on 88.
