LOL, Oram being way better than him suggests otherwise imo. 12,9 off two overs is not good enough by any standards,
12 and 9 in the power play, in the last 5, with three destructive batsmen to deal with, and one of them dismissed, on a small ground is perfectly acceptable. Yes Oram did better, but that doesn't equate to Mills doing badly.

Yeah Bennett's been really good at death, should really bowl him in the middle/death overs and let southee/millseh share the new ball imo.
Those three players will rarely play in the same team. Especially in the sub-continent.

****ing hell. Would've won $60 if Pakistan had scored 270-290.
 Haven't you still learnt never to bet on Pakistan. Out of all the cricketing nations, Pakistan have probably ****ed the most people over in terms of betting. Unless they knew the outcome in advance:ph34r:

Not Terrible
Made the bet when it was fairly long odds at around the 20th over, and it looked the goods in the last 10 overs but 11 runs in the last 3 overs saw my heart broken.

Oram had to bowl to Afridi, Akmal, and Bennett had to bowl to Akmal. Both of them didn't leak any boundaries, which is what I call good death bowling. Can't believe you're calling 21 off 2 overs as good death bowling tbh

Shehzad does seem to be a genuine talent. Reckon most Kiwis are a bit cautious to give too much praise too him after the rise and fall of Umar Akmal we experienced last season.
Umer is still not a lost cause the second season blues caught up with him also not having a senior batsman around him hurt him in the English summer and something which he is still recovering from.

What is everybody's opinion on Sehzad? Does he remind people of any good players? To me he seems like a good prospect for the future and would definitely like to see him in tests.
His stroke play Sachinesque, have not seen a young player who have such a wide range of strokeplay, have to be a lot tighter defensively to succeed in test cricket can see him getting caught at slip early on quite a lo.t The talent is certainly if it can be fined tuned he will be our best opener since Anwar.
