Actually this is all slightly less annoying than whats going on up South Africa, with India giving that dumb spiritual prick De Villiers a ****ing ridiculously easy 100 by bowling their trollop. I hate that man.

Oh and as I speak cricinfo is telling me Tendulkar is on. ****.
**** off, AbDV is awesome.

Why? He's been your outstanding player this series. And by outstanding i mean ****e.

Without him you may stand a chance of winning t'Ashes.
Yes, because your performances in the 4th and 5th Tests of the series are always exactly the same as the your performances in the first three. Ponting's still faaaaar more likely to make a significant impact on the match than his replacement, unless Corey Richards or Greg Mail come out of retirement.

England fans happy to stick the foot into Ponting and Australia's bowlers when they pile on the runs, but not give any credit when Australia do well?

Hypocritical
**** off.

Go check the score in the other match tosser.

Well played Australia, beating us easily up to now and should win it by lunch. Only a miracle partnership between Bell and Prior can save us now.

Don't get me wrong Australia have been absolutely excellent in this Test and outplayed us in every session bar the first on day 1. I'm only referring to the fact that if we'd have applied ourselves properly in the final session we wouldn't be 5 down. But hey ho, that's what England do best.

And don't play the hypocritical card, how many of you crims were saying it was poor batting rather than good bowling that cost your lot at Adelaide?

What you describe is not hypocrisy.

They've been given plenty of credit anyhow, they bowled well. Won't take anything away myself.

Technically we're visiting one of our own colonies so we pretty much already are.

No, we're saying it for your protection. so you dont get tormented here like for the last 20 years

1 lucky test, youve done your dash, now be good smelly feeble poms and *** off!

Give credit to the bowlers.
They didn't bowl that brilliantly though, they just bowled decently. And decently was all it needed, given the distinctly ordinary batting performance from England. Pietersen's dismissal in particular was wretched.

Still, with any luck, England will do the usual great-performance-following-a-terrible one thing that they've mastered so well in the last couple of years at Melbourne. This one's dead in the water, if we lose by less than 200 runs here I'll be pleasently surprised.

I don't know, I support India buddy. Go ask an Australian cricket fan.

Don't blame me for calling it like I see it. Those denying that Ponting captained well that session are idiots.

It's a refreshing change from the Aussie posters throwing their toys out because they got a reminder that they're not king ****.

lets face it

when both teams are playing WELL. there is nothing really seperating them

people were saying before the series, that despite aus losing in india, that they were slight favourites. i dont think anybody had england as favourites before the series. yes, they said its their best chance to win (And it is), but even the most astute observers , after looking at both lineups (although auss has changed, mostly for the better) said aus would just pip england.

aussies were unprepared, underdone and not up to the challenge basically in the 1st 2 tests, and england WERE.

now aus ARE.

the two teams are evenly matched. england are no india or south africa:ph34r:

any pom whos whingeing, get used to it, because if aus bring their A game to a match, it will be damn close, and you certainly wont be walking over anyone.

Any team with collingwood at 5 is no world beater.

Neither did England day one Adelaide or day one here. Especially the latter.
