Hopefully the rest of the batsman can learn something and hit out to find their form back.

An I've still not seen anything to suggest otherwise. The Gabba is the best swing bowling ground in Australia and there's been something in the deck too. He's bowled well though. Lady Boy is the one looking like a mental two year old.

Played Huss. Welcome back, Digger.
Meh, has been the best bowler on either side bar Siddle, has made the most of the conditions himself. The ball's hardly hooping or splitting sideways of the deck.
He's bowled nearly 30 overs in the first innings for less than 2 an over... obviously left his spine and determination in border control, I mean he can only bowl when it's thick cloud remember.

I refuse to go to sleep until this partnership is broken. Odds of me not turning up for work in the morning = evens.

Huss, champ. Big name players turn it on in big matches. So impressed with Haddin, 2 years ago he wouldve played some rank shot and got caught in the outfield after being bogged down, now he knows there's Paine and Wade breathing down his neck, reminds me of Healy's ton in 1996 at the Gabba after Gilly had blitzed the WI in Perth in the tour match- Heals rocked up with 161* and Gilly had to wait another 3 years.

Marcuss mate, give it a rest. Jimmeh is god and will silence all doubters by the end of the series but one swallow does not make a summer. Wait until he does it at Adelaide before we get carried away.

Cannot believe we've got this stage of the day without Aussies losing a wicket after how Jimmy especially bowled. They rode their luck that's for sure, but they weathered the storm and are now cashing in, fair play.

I hope when we encounter a decent spell of bowling we don't get rolled and the bowler has a return of 7 for not many. Perhaps you can say Siddle did that in the first innings to us.

I'm not championing him for a great series.. just like I never did when defending Swann.

But for somebody who has supposedly incapable of bowling in Australia, I'd say he's bowled 29 pretty excellent overs.
