*Official* Sri Lanka in Australia 2010

244 off 39. Possible. Probably very reasonable given the target we were facing otherwise.
How did they work that one out? We scored 213 in 41 after all. I'm Sri Lankan, but that seems harsh.

Bah, never been a fan of the Duckworth and Lewis ringamadoodle anyway.

The resources SL had also impact on the score set (only 3 wickets down, plenty of hitting to come, etc.). 9 overs to go with one bloke nearing a ton and hitting to come means SL were headed for a very tough score.

That was just awful. Haddin, uppercut.

You thought you were getting 50 for a lot of that innings so you kept wickets in hand. If you knew you were only getting 41 you'd have launched earlier.

I think it's a fair target.

Its funny how Ponting's demeanour completely changes when he is batting. He looks so in the zone.

Got rain-affected, so had they known that they'd have 40 overs they'd score quicker. Plus you missed out of the 'death' overs.

D/L is hard to understand, but imo it seems ok.

Yeah he's looking quite serene, actually. Looked great in India too. Reckon he's so damn close to having another monster run with the bat.
