Yuvraj needs to change his lifestyle, maybe take a break and overcome his fitness and injury issues.
Otherwise he may soon lose his ODI place too.
I was only talking about his test carrier actually. He's still one of our best ODI players. Absolute key in the WC early next year. He seems pretty fit now.. just a matter of getting that one "I'm back in form" innings.

what will selectors do now........
drop pujara or dravid for laxman or ask rahul to retire at his home ground
After what happened to yuvraj (raina grabbing his place), anything can happen

Which 3 of Pujara, Dravid, Raina and Laxman will be in the middle order now? Nice problem of plenty!

Looking ahead to the South Africa series ,i would drop Raina unfortunately.

He is the least likely to succeed in those conditions against Steyn and company.

Both him and Dhoni are likely to be walking wickets in that series and we can't afford two.
Dravid may not be playing for long periods ,but like in the perth test on the last australian tour a 50 odd from him will be crucial in low scoring games in South Africa.

I was wondering how long it would take Johnson to come around the wicket. Has a much better chance this way.
