His defensive technique is shot to pieces too. He just can't bat at the moment. It's fair enough to criticise his pure crapness but I don't think there's anything he can do tactically (in terms of the balance between being positive and responsible) that would nab him any more runs.

His defensive technique was never much cop to begin with, I'd far rather Pietersen got out playing a "brainless" shot than trying to be circumspect and playing all round a delivery trying to block it.

99% sure it's all of UAE. If you are convicted in one Emirate, the punishment applies to all.
