Why? Another Murali debate is not needed here. If he's getting wickets you go into a hissy fit. Let it go, he is owning England.

Needs looked at again then. Watching the replays, I'm not convinced at all that he isn't throwing his doosra. If he's properly analysed and found to be legit, I take everything back, but his action is diabolical and I remain to be convinced that he isn't chucking it.

His quicker ball on day 1 which was clocked at 70 odd mph has to be suspect as well, I refuse to believe that someone who pauses in his action like Ajmal does can suddenly generate a ball that goes at 70mph without throwing it.

Murali's action was extensively tested and more or less cleared (iirc there was a little bit of concern over his doosra.)

Ajmal hasn't, and his action is ****.

Wasn't Ajmal tested borderline in the nets or something.

Chances are if he's borderline there he'll be worse in a match situation.

Have to let Prior off for that one, that was a beauty. Aamer looked flat in the 1st innings, but he's come alive since Tea, superb bowling. England are royally ****ed.

You'd have to think that's the game. We've seen Broad & Swann put on decent partnerships before, with batsmen and once that I can think of together, but this is a big ask. Would say we need to be near 200 to be in with a shout.
