Uh, in 'Inception' terms this thread now feels like either a 'limbo', or 4th stage of nightmares...We all need strong 'kick's to come back to reality... :p

the scene in the snow was so boring and unneccessary, not least compounded by the fact that noone in the movie could ski. so frustrating.

I am going to bite the bullet to keep this **** interesting. Will make a pick in this round that is going to fast track this draft some years in front, even if I miss out on a good player. I just request the other players not to go back in time and make this boring again, for a few rounds.

Hey George, can you tell George to bowl to George during the nets? :p
haha this keeps getting funnier.

Good pick Shri.

Was a pretty good batsmen from what i have read and probably the best pick you could have made too .His average is relatively lower thanks to playing so long over sucha long period of time and at a older age.

Gets us back probably to a more recent era too, though with the next pick we could get back.

GI Joe, can you try and put me in a decent spot next round to help not slow down the draft? I'll be offline from this coming thursday until the tuesday.
Ah good point, I'm away Wednesday to Friday next week as well!
Yeah, I'll try and work something out.

7 picks to get out of this cesspit of an era
 AWTA, btw.

Order for rounds 5 and 6 posted below. NUFAN and Marc, the only possible way I see of not getting the draft held up and both of you getting in your next two picks before your absence from the forums is to slot you guys at the end of round 5/start of round 6. It'll also mean an especially long wait since your last pick, Marc. At the current rate of 7 picks a day, both of you should have made your Round 5 and 6 picks by Tuesday end. Possibly even earlier if we up the rate, which we will, IMO, if we get to the post WW1 era soonish. NUFAN, you'll most probably miss a timely round 7 pick though, can't help that unfortunately.

Cheers Joe - if it moves nearer modern times I'd hope to get my 2 in before I go away - if not then I'll have to just miss things if time comes to it (although I trust the full 12 hours will be allowed in case I can borrow a friend's laptop for 5 minutes!)
