EDIT - Inzy didn't beat Hanif and was just a guess for Abel.

Does it have anything to do with a particular country they played at?
No and No.

Though the first one is somewhat partially on the right track.

Those players have scored, in one innings of a test match, more than the entire opposition managed in both innings.

I remember reading about Hayden outscoring Pakistan in a recent TWC article, and can also remember Inzi doing so because it was against New Zealand. The second test in that series was then abandonned because of a bomb blast outside the players' hotel and, not surprisingly, we haven't played test cricket in Pakistan since.

I'll have a new question shortly.

Is it to do with one single performance, whether it be a match or innings?
Q3. No, not a single performance in itself - though to avoid any ambiguity later on, the feat requires multiple single performances.
