*Official* Australia vs Pakistan in England

Well considering it was overcast conditions...still possible certainly but chances are certainly not as great as they would have been if Pak was batting in these conditions.
There's likely to be cloud around most of the Test by the looks of the forecast.

Although you pretty much need it to be like that to get a result at Lord's anyway. So it's a good thing.

Happy about that wicket. Wish Katich had been given out early as well. Would've been a real intersting game then.

So Australia in a good position. Clarke's counterattacking innings really shook things up, and Katich is starting to follow suit. Big shame to see Clarke get out though, wanted to see him kick on.

Whatever it takes!!!
I'd even bet that those people who take irrational offense to it are more than happy to use the same method for other nations, such as Aussies, Saffas, Brits, Scots, Yanks. The list goes on and on.

To those people I say get a grip. It only exists because people are lazy and like to shorten words. Its not derogatory or rude in the slightest.
Love to get your take on Harbhajan-Symonds, tbh.. and jakester's...

Asif has snared Katich caught behind with one that nips away from him. Great start from Pakistan, we have a game on here.

 North batted like a tail-ender there. 2 inside edges before being bowled through the gate. Dire. Excellent bowling from Asif though, who said medium pacers were finished in Test cricket?

Marcus North now played all round one and had his off stump knocked back. Great start from Asif, shaping it beautifully back into the left-hander, was close to getting North LBW in his first two balls to him. Out comes Australia's first of two debutants, Tim Paine, and with a confident Aamer at the other end, going to be a real test for the Australian batsmen here.

Asif/Aseef (you never know they may change it in a minute:ph34r:), comes to the party, excellent.

Still think The Oz seamers will roll Pakistan here, but hope their youngsters can put up a fight.

Sheesh, that was an ordinary shot from North tho, but. Airy drive does it too much credit.

Paine looks a wee bit nervous, it's fair to say.

Actually, that 12th over from Asif was one of the best I've seen for ages, tbh. Perfect example of the fast/med seamers art.
