nah 23 can be in an U 23 side just like a 19 yr can play an u 19 WC. Don't see Guptill as a better batsman then any of the lads in the side

Reckon Raina should be there somewhere, though that might be because he's played a million games already.

don't rate him for some reason tbh also when I have seen him bat he crapped himself at the sight of a short ball.I see another Yuvraj in him.

yeah don't think this side is test match ready but will give some serious headaches to many top sides for odi's.

Guptill would make an U23 ODI side pretty easily imo.

I'd have Umar Akmal for Suresh Raina. Technically better player and same aggressiveness as well. Raina is much more #5 than a #4.

My team would be,

Warner, Kieswetter(wk), Mathews(c), Akmal, Raina, Morgan, Pollard, Shakib, Borad, Aamir, Roach

If Chandimal manages to string some good innings, he'll be a choice over Kieswetter, because he's a much better gloveman.

Stuart Broad is still 23 for another two weeks, he'd definitely make both the test and ODI sides.

Edit: Oh, I see that others have picked him in their ODI teams, not sure if Xuahib missed him or not when he did his original post.
