Semi Finals/Final - Australia, Sri Lanka, England and Pakistan

Haha, indeed. Don't see the bulk of Warner, Watson and friends minding them particularly.
Not that I like the tactics, but if Australia are none down in the last few overs I think we've more problems than the slower ball bouncer.

Bresnan letting it slip here.

****e over, poor field placings as well, SL would be pretty confident with 130 with their attack...
Hmm... if Lumb can get us off to another decent start (against a decent spinning attack HAHA I know) then the rate could be under a run a ball pretty early on. In which case you'd have to back KP, Morgan and Wright especially with the batting depth of Bres, Yardy and Swann. Not mentioning Colly, he's got to make a score sooner or later though; hasn't he?

Seriously, my heart says SL, but if England bat the way they have in this tournament so far they'll walk it.

Honestly, this WC is so dull.......completely opposite from the one in Eng. Even the one in SA was pretty good.

Both Semi's should have been played on Saturday, and the final on Sunday to maximize crowds. Its just very poor management.
Actually, the crowd would've been much better if it had been geared more towards spectators, and less towards TV....
The women's semi should've been first, with the men's match second. I've spoken to a couple of St Lucians who're upset about the scheduling. No wonder they're staying away....

That was painful.
But impressive planning and execution by England's bowling.
Might as well open the bowling with either Mendis/ Randiv and hope for a miracle.

Also hope that the inner Saffer's in England show up for the semi.
If clutching at straws might as well go all out.

England 1/6 SL 4/1....decent odds those on SL
About right, I think, it's under-par, and apart from one over a very tight England performance, but we can certainly **** this up. Yet as Marcus said a good start could make it an easy chase.
