Rather Mad Witch
Vettori 19
McGrath 16 - 2 (wildcard)
Ingram 1

Jimmy Adams (1968- )
3,012 runs in 54 Tests for West Indies; 127 ODIs
Made a stellar start to his Test career, with four hundreds and an average north of 70 in his first 18 Tests
Suffered a cheekbone injury in 1995 and faded as a batsman, but was still asked to captain West Indies in 2000 with little success

Simon Katich (1975-)
3,794 runs in 50 Tests for Australia; 45 ODIs
Largely a middle order replacement until his 30s, found himself filling the vacancy left in the opening position
Carried his bat to 131* in a 2008 Test against New Zealand

Damien Fleming (1970-)
305 runs and 75 wickets in 20 Tests for Australia; 88 ODIs
A swing bowler with considerable threat, was kept out of Test cricket by innumerable injuries
30 wickets in six Tests during the 1999/2000 summer, where Australia won six of six (two short of McGrath as leading wicket-taker)

Not Terrible
-1 Katich
Easily the most frustrating player to dominate New Zealand. Has broken my heart many times over the last few years.

Like Fleming but gotta go with Jimmy Adams as I think I nominated him. Unfortunately never quite saw the best of him in Aus but he had some fantastic partnerships with Lara in the 1999 series in WI. Also the occasional left arm spin and wicket keeping. One of my faves.
