Is this my token opportunity to complain about the coverage Perth gets?

Game of the round tomorrow and we don't get it. Not to mention the four and a half hour delay we had Thursday night.

Yeah AFL coverage just needs to get better on free-to-air. Foxtel do it well.

Lions steaming home now. Fev's soccer goal from the pocket was so awesome, but also somehow predictable. You knew he'd get it lol.

Would've been good to see the Bulldogs and the Saints start off the season with losses. Then again, it would've been nice to see Geelong lose the Grand Final last year aswell.

Down by 14 at the start of the final quarter and now leading by 6 goals with 10 to go. West Coast =

They were only down by 2 points.

Still pleased with the win. Risch, Brown, Brennan & Sherman were the ones that turned it around in the end. Banfield might be a decent player one day too, if he learns how to dispose of the ball....

Rischitelli coming of age for sure.

Anyone like the look of Shuey? Looks quality for WCE I reckon.

**** me he was everywhere. Thoroughly made a fool of Tyson Edwards.

Can't believe I looked over him for my Dream Team

All it will cost you is one trade at this stage, still worth it really - he's this year's Liam Anthony.

Which is why it would be nice if people would lay off the Rising Star BS, don't think I can take another year of it.

I've picked the Rising Star around 6-8 rounds in every year of the last 5 years. And to be honest, its pretty obvious.

Only Pearce/Raines was tough in 2006.

Otherwise

2005 - Deledio (easy lock)
2006 - Danyle Peace (tough but was still favourite)
2007 - Joel Selwood (has there ever been a safer bet?)
2008 - Rhy Palmer (easy lock)
2009 - Daniel Rich (yes there has been a safer bet to Joel Selwood, it was Rich).

They were all locks by about round 6-8. I plan on doing the same thing again this year as you generally get juicy odds.
