As in the players currently chosen are basically the reserves/current members from each particular squad that haven't yet been selected elsewhere? Or are you personally choosing them?

Main reason i thought perhaps going say another 4 rounds, is because if there are sim plans some squads (eg. Wolves/Portsmouth) are a huge disadvantage to others if they have to use their reserves compared to say 'pool/Arsenal/Citeh.

Just a suggestion though, as i wasn't sure how you were working the substitutes now (think you may have told me, but i've forgotten )

Indeed, at the moment, they are. As you have mentioned, squad strength differs greatly from side to side, so I'm largely in favour of members selecting their bench.
