Hate it that cricketers such as Hinds, Simmons and Deonarine get to play international cricket (and do sopoorly), whilst Australia can produce the likes of Hodge, Mike Hussey and Ryan Harris who can't get a shot in this format.

Well, generally it's a huge exageration but this year, Sammy has been so dire that I dont think it is

I actually like watching him bat. He at least gives the impression of having some talent there.

I do wonder what on earth he is supposed to be at international level though...batting at 8 or 9 when he looks like the sort of bowler who shouldn't even be given a roll at FC or List A level.

TBF, I was referring to his bowling as he's being played as though he's a specialist in that field

He's good with the ball when he's accurate and on song. It's when he bowls like he's got the pace of a Roach he looks bad. He's mediocre with the bat TBH, no idea what you're seeing there.
