Ikki mate, do yourself a favour and just wait to see if play starts today.

I've just laid a lot of my bet off India to reduce my potential losses if this is a draw.

Will forever despise Chittagong :(

ICC are ****ing idiots.

If I remember correctly

Bet365 has a Clause on Tests that if a full 3 days of play are not played than the bet becomes invalid.

Sucks living in the US :(

Nah I bet on Betfair anyway in order to be able to back/lay (trade).

Don't think that rule exists :(

Is that Bet365.com rule true? Where can I find out?

Jono, didn't you bet like 2 grand on India? ****.

$1700, but just laid most of it off, i.e. traded it away on Betfair.

Basically I'm lose/lose either way now, but I'll only lose about half that. I was up about $500 from the tennis yesterday, and that's now been cancelled out, unless India win which will reduce my losses further.

Brutal.

Gonna need a few good days on the Aust Open again now.

bet365 rules said:
Test Matches - Match betting/Draw no bet/Double Chance
Bets will stand on the official result provided at least one ball has been bowled. In the event of a tie then Dead-Heat rules will apply and bets on the draw will be losers.

If a match is abandoned due to outside interference then bets will be made void.
So nah, no such thing as the three-day rule.

Damn, so you guys are in the ****ter too like me.

If you're on Bet365 you can't trade it away by simply 'laying' against the result like on Betfair, but you can hedge by putting more money on the draw I guess?

I already have 100 on India from last night; I don't wanna put 250 just to save loss...what if Bangladesh win? :p. I'd rather risk the 100 and hope India win. You never know, maybe they can do it in 3 days :p.

Yeah, I'd leave it for now. It's a bit different for Jono because firstly he bet a huge amount and secondly laying off is a bit more effective on BetFair. I had $50 on India yesterday and I'm just going to leave it, for now anyway. I had another $200 lined up to put on today if the weather was good but I'm obviously going to stray away from that. :p

God I hate the way the man on Sky man says Tendulkar.

Plus I just saw one of the worst adverts of all time, Jamie Rednkapp and his former pop star wife advertising package holidays.....just dire.

Cricket better be good now after I sat through that, will almost certainly fall asleep within 5 minutes.

Lucky ****, I put 250 on at 2.60 yesterday. Should've waited it out but just knew the wickets were coming sooner or later.

The BBC forecast for tomorrow is worse than it is for today. I was going to put another $200 on as well but with the forecast how it is I can't do it.

Ikki I told you to wait and see yesterday and not make the same mistake I made

But I've already laid to the point where the result is irrelevant now (unless I hedge the other way again, which I won't do unless I am convinced the weather will stay good).

Let's see how they go.
