Nash didn't want to try any thing out of his comfort zone and it was fair enough according to me. In my mind, he has played really well.I don't think that was the case though, no chance of a single for 70 mins? I think Nash slowly backed himself into a corner by not scoring. After 20-30 minutes of not scoring, you look very silly if you go out to a rash shot. Plays on your mind and makes you more tentative.
Deonarine didn't lack composure, but he probably was thinking that one of them has to get a run somewhere.
Rotating the strike works. Pressure does build up otherwise. Regardless of how many days you've got to get the runs. You want to keep the momentum, not hand it to the opposition without them having to do much at all.
Nash is back scoring freely now anyway
Agreed but it's better to be out there waiting for a ball you can score easily off than trying to force it.I don't think that was the case though, no chance of a single for 70 mins? Not rating McKay in this innings at all.
Bowl short and straight with no fielders on the leg side. Bowling like an idiot.
Haha, SS-like stuff that.Get him off!
Gambhir's got him covered. Can't wait for that elfin **** to play here where it bounces above waist height. Hope he gets KOed tbhThere's a reason why people who do stupid **** once in life get more lenient sentences then serial offenders.
Watson is the biggest dick in intl cricket, and backs it up every session of cricket he plays. He doesn't do one dumbarse thing, he does many.
He also cries.
Good player though.
Ya gotta do what ya gotta do when money is one the lineHaha, SS-like stuff that.
Examples? I know he gets fired up when sledged, but other than elbowing Katch and hitting giggling crybaby for 6 to bring up his ton after being sledged what else?Gambhir's got him covered. Can't wait for that elfin **** to play here where it bounces above waist height. Hope he gets KOed tbh
Andre Nel is the worst I have seen though he no longer plays int cricket.Gambhir's got him covered. Can't wait for that elfin **** to play here where it bounces above waist height. Hope he gets KOed tbh
Haha, my money and I thank you.Ya gotta do what ya gotta do when money is one the line
On the flattest decks we've ever seen here tbh.Examples?
Scored a few runs in NZ btw.
I didn't know flat pitches meant no bounce? On the flattest decks we've ever seen here tbh.
Well they were dead so....I didn't know flat pitches meant no bounce?
Not entirely, no. You bat in partnerships. Deonarine had been out there for a while, Nash could've helped him out by rotating the strike occasionally. There's no guarantee the bowlers would get frustrated, it's hard to get frustrated with bowling maidens. When a guy's looking to score no runs you certainly have a wider margin for error as the bowler. That's Deonarine's fault though. If you let the run-rate get to you in a situation where it's completely irrelevant, you're lacking in temperament and it's entirely your fault if it gets you out. If he'd shown the mental strength Nash has he'd still be out there and the bowlers would be getting frustrated with the lack of progess and starting to try new things.
Forgotten the elbow? And he's just a **** frankly.Examples? I know he gets fired up when sledged, but other than elbowing Katch and hitting giggling crybaby for 6 to bring up his ton after being sledged what else?

Haha true - always made me laugh when comms would say he was good for the game. Can't believe he didn't get into more strife.Andre Nel is the worst I have seen though he no longer plays int cricket.
That's because their mental fortitude left them. Nash is getting runs now isn't he? Waited for the bad ball, made use of it and runs are coming now.
I did acknowledge the elbow.Forgotten the elbow? And he's just a **** frankly.
Massive irony an Indian supporter requiring a reason from an Aussie supporter to hate another team's player though. Kudos.
