Not fantastic here, Windies are bowling super though. Dont think many of the dismissals can be explained by more than that.

Still no Ponting... If there's to be any point to Ricky batting, he'd have to come in at the next wicket.

Quite a collapse! At the start of the Aussie innings, I would never have thought this could get even close to a proper, tight test match finish. But right now, the Windies have a realistic chance of a chasable total.

Sigh, batting since Cardiff has been so frustrating. So many starts and about 2 tons, combined with about 4 collapses the moment there's a decent spell of bowling.

Langer said on the radio that MRI showed tendon damage and they wont risk him, esp with Martyn having a similar injury and still suffering from complications. Bit of a 2 for 1 for Roach yet 0 wickets to his name.

TBH though if they finish strong they are still chasing 350 which given history they have very little chance to get, add to the fact they will effectively have to do it with 7 bats as their bottom 4 are genuine number 11's its even harder.

Yeah, you're right. Even if the target is under 350, Aussies are in a stronger position. However, 350-400 would offer an opportunity, whereas 550+, which was what I would have expected, would offer no chance at all.

Anyway, Johnson out, Ponting in at 9!

I have had a bad couple of days I guess. First I misjudged this pitch. Secondly my arguments with aussie when I should have let ot outside off stump. Good comeback this from windies. Although as the pitch is looking it looks bleak for windies.

Nothing wrong with the pitch imo, its a fair and good third day test wicket. Get in you can score runs, bowl good area's and set good fields you can take wickets.

I would send Roach' rockets to Ponting! Play the game hard!

Well time for Bravo to prove me wrong :) .
