I can understand his frustration, but this also in a way ensures that Hodge's international career is well and truly over, he is not only spewing venom towards the selectors, but he isn't even sparing his (former) team-mates.I see Brad Hodge essentially retired from Test cricket yesterday;
Brad Hodge alleges bias towards New South Wales players
Still, when you've been ignored with the regularity he has, not just in Tests either, would be hard to take.
I'd love to get to one, but it's almost impossible. I'd really enjoy to go, but with my dad being a dweeb and myself not being able to actually get there, it's highly unlikely.Will be hitting up most/all of NSW's home games this season, so if anyone is going, let me know.
Excellent, I'll be sure to see you there a few times. I went heaps a few seasons back but none of my mates like cricket anywhere near enough to come with me and I got sick of going into the SCG by myself on public transport to watch the game in empty stand with two old men and a dog. If you'll be there often though it'd give me someone to talk to, definitely incentive.Will be hitting up most/all of NSW's home games this season, so if anyone is going, let me know.
Can I come?Will be hitting up most/all of NSW's home games this season, so if anyone is going, let me know.
We get it.Obviously I wouldn't bother with a Twenty20
Odd move - if you can't get a game as a quick in WA, you sure as **** aren't getting one in Victoria.Aaron crawford joined frankston peninsula in victoria,the silly season still on it seems,i guess WA didn't want him.
Anyone a heads up on who will be in the canberra side apart from mark higgs.
Not the worst move long term, maybe. You've got Harwood, Nannes and Wright all well over 30, and quite a few guys with some pretty ordinary injury records.Odd move - if you can't get a game as a quick in WA, you sure as **** aren't getting one in Victoria.
You're in here early...Poor decision that, never looked out
