What a couple of shots from Vettori. 140 would be a great total considering the surface and the help it is giving the spinners.

I would rather see someone getting out playing a rash stroke than getting runout in a T20 game! Unless you are looking to change strike, I don't see a point in going for risky singles. If you feel like getting out, try to go for a big one

Agree with you. Have always believed it - people going for risky singles is just not on in T20 cricket at least in the first portion of the game. You get maximum a run from it and risk losing a wicket. Going for fours and sixes is the better route

Pathan is serious against anything bowled under 85mph. Anything short at pace and he is village but he has tore Vettori a new one.

He is one of the cleanest hitters of spin bowling I have seen in a long time. He needs a lot of work against good pace though.

But in T20, he is perfect, and maybe for the WC in 2011 in the subcontinent where most teams are trying for a two spinner strategy it seems.
