Few things from this round.
* Barham can not kick, his skills are atrocious, was poor against Brisbane with his skills and was worse today. I know he is young but it needs fixing and quick.
* Fraser is a joke, He was as bad as Ryder was good today, career best form after last week apparently and then got smashed by a third string ruckman with no support. (Ryder was terrific though)
* Lucas and Lloyd are in trouble especially Lucas, i really think it is time that Lucas goes back to Bendigo and gets some form, he was laughable today, dropped easy marks, spoiled team mates, missed easy goals and lost his footing every time he went for the ball. Needs a spell because at the moment Essendon are carrying him and can not afford to do that for much longer. Rocca may be in the same basket.
* Robert Walls is a dead set knob.
* How good is Andrew Lovett. Breaks the lines, takes them on and has pace and skill to burn, was exceptional today and played a huge part in the victory especially in the last 5 minutes.
* Ricky Dyson has his knockers and rightfully so but he was very good today in his return. Adam McPhee also.
* How good was the vision of Mark Coughlan singing the song after the game. Could not be happier for him. Feel Good story of the round.
* Kangaroos are in trouble, after Brent Harvey went off they seemed to lie down without a fight letting a pretty ordinary side run right over the top of them.
* The umpiring in the WCE and Hawthorn game was bordering on disgraceful, Why cant we get some consistency FFS! Darren Glass was amazing and showed why he and Scarlett are the best 2 fullbacks in the league.
