Anyone got a strong bowler with like medicore batting they want to sell. Want a 6th/7th seamer and that all I can afford. Looking in Heath's direction.

Why would you want a strong? In a high league strong is as useless as worthless, you may as well play a worthless and keep your money and save for someone who can actually make a difference.

Agreed massively with Smith. Only make really worthwhile purchases, a strong 6th/7th bowler does absolutely nothing.

A good training nonetheless:

That's it for Mullis. Now I'm considering selling him and buying an allrounder. I reckon I have got to the point where the only way I can really improve in a big way, without training players to a ridiculously high level, is through phasing out specialist bowlers. How much would he get?

FC squad, rotation tbh. Wont play ODs unless it is early cup matches. Also building a 2nd XI for FC so I can forgot about it on focus on ODs and Twenty20. Need one more bowler and 2 bats. It also impossible to save money with a NT player anyway.

I save money (just) and I've got a 189k wage player. It just seems like a waste of your money really, but anyway. Your side.

Not a whole lot compared to a season ago. Maybe 10? Market has nosedived.

Well I have earned a million this season (500k this week alone). But that only due to the long cup run, wont happen every season. I don't think I will ever save enough money to buy a remarkable/quality 6th bowler. Just going to train one in future. But need one more servicable bowler so my main guys don't have to play as much FC until then. Against a lot of sides I play in FC I can get away with strong bowlers. But can't get away with the respectable and competent bowlers.

I like building a 2nd XI as well. One little things that keeps me going in this game.

Though btw, what do you think more of a waste of money. Buying a remarkable/quality 6th bowler that rarely plays if you focus is ODs. Or buying a strong bowler that just plays to keep you top bowlers sublime for the important matches (ODs and Twenty20).

Planning on doing much with it? It's definately a buyers market at the moment, could get extreme value for your dollar. Could get 2 very good exceptionals for it, maybe even a sensational and an exceptional.

Into the SL OD Cup final and technically going by ratings I should be favorite, though I still can't crack the 200 mark. Stupid fitness levels. If anyone got nothing to do next Sunday, cheer us on.

Sadly, all my backup bowlers can't bat for ****.

I sold a 19 year old last week who would have done the job with a bowling net and a stamina net, but that probably would have been a bit over-the-top.

Just noticed this skill increase this week:

When you pull a player from the YA, do his skills start at .0? Or can they be more than that?
