Football All-Time Draft

Both are far superior to any soccer player Australia has produced.
The point was that I don't think anyone would have picked those two if you didn't. Maybe Kopa for those who have a big thing for Real 1950s side. But Dzajic was easierly the most left wing pick in the draft so far. Good player though as he showed in WC.

You could have picked those two last and still got them.

I had planned to go for an even more left-field pick on the left wing but i ended up not using wingers. He's the type of player who's been forgotten a bit but if i told you who it was you'd say "oh **** yeah, he was ****ing incredible".

Consider there not many great right back. There is one guy who won a world cup and was basically there best player that I can't believe didn't get picked. Would have been my No 2 pick after Djamba. Was tempted to pick him instead of Aldair.

Club Marconi junior and greatest player to come from the Australian junior ranks Christian Vieri (CF) as my last pick. At his peak during his time at Inter he was up their with the best forwards if not the best of his era. Feel away massively and probably never truelly reached his best at International level. But we all know he heart was with Australia not Italy and he was playing for the wrong side.

Ceyon Juniors

1. Emerson Leao (GK)
2. Djalma Santos (RWB)
3. Nilson Santos (LWB)
4. Zizinho (LW)
5. Marcel Desailly (CB)
6. Aldair (CB)
7. Jairzinho (RW)
8. Bobby Charlton (CM)
9. Christian Vieri (CF)
10. Ademir (CF)
11. Alfred Di Stefano (CM)

Mgr: Alex Ferguson

Emerson Leao
Djalma - Desailly - Aldair - Nilson
Jairzinho - Charlton - Di Stefano - Zizinho
Vieri - Ademir

Very happy with my side. A lot of attacking flair all the way through. Some brillant footballers in there and some very classy ones as well. Loving the seven Brazillians in the side as well.

I guess Simon's missed the boat.

Jock Stein

Hard to do better than nine consecutive championships.

my manager will be Wolfgang Wolf cause I like his name and he used to manage Wolfsburg.

I sense that I missed my pick. Ladislao Kubala for me.

Zoff
Facchetti-Gentile-Baresi-Vogts
Nedved-Rijkaard-Cruijff
Van Basten-Nordahl-Kubala

Manager: Ernst Happel.

Pretty neat side IMO.
