Yes But when he was given a chance later on he blew it.Lehmann. Painful to think about.
Mcgill had additude problems I'm glad he didn't make itOne that springs immedieatly to mind is macgill. Fastest bowler to take 200 wickets but never had much of a go because of the Warne factor. He also had a better strike rate than Warne.
Oh I see, you're one of those people who starts a thread only to poke holes in what everyone posts?Yes But when he was given a chance later on he blew it.
Not a great example. IMO
He played 27 test matches and if he was so good he would have performed in the last 7 or 8 instead of playing like a complete muppet.Mmmm trying to figure out how Lehman wasn't a great example. Better batsman than either Katich & Clarke, and probably Mark Waugh (IMO, obvs) yet was overlooked for all 3 of them at various stages of his career
yeah with a bowling average of 22 he is a terrific example. He only got to play 17 testsShane Bond for sure. Huge loss for NZ
yeah he has an impressive odi average. And his first class average is 50.It's a great shame Steve Tikolo hasn't had a boat to get on
yeah definitley. The selectors didn't like him because he batted to aggresively but what about hayden ?Michael Slater
