A thing that me and my Dad were doing recently, quite an easy concept. Basically list the sports teams from favourite to least favourite in any given sport, be it Rugby, Football, AFL, Athletics ect.

Expect Brumby to fume at my rugby list.

Can't be arsed to sort much of a muchness out, because there's too many of them, but Sunderland are on the higher end (due to Keano), as are Villa, and sides like West Ham are on the lower end.

If you were to include the Dirties, they'd be between City and Liverpool, additionally I also have a soft spot for Barcelona, simply because they've always played such good football.
