Ball By Ball
Cricket Web Colts continued their abysmal one-day run with a bonus point defeat to Cricket Web Blue, who lost a wicket with their first ball of the innings, before batting through 36 overs unchallenged to almost assure themselves of a place in the one-day final.
After being inserted, the Colts never got going, limited to 198 for five after grisly and ungainly innings in poor conditions. Arunava Das opened and made a reasonable 76, but, again, never got going, while the Blue bowlers were disciplined. The response was uneventful after Fuller was dismissed, as Camps and Young was a cut above the Colts bowlers and earned a win with 14 overs to spare.

Cricket Web Green lost further distance to the leaders, yet completed a decent recovery after a mid-innings wobble had threatened to take away their zip against a fighting Masters squad.
The Masters got off to a slow, but certain start, with Justin Kemp gritting out 58 in a junior role to Imran Farhat. Farhat pushed on, carrying his bat to 127, but Mat Mitchell recovered well after the new ball bowlers had been smashed about, bowling 10 economical overs at fortuitous times. Brian Lara upped the rate somewhat, taking the total to a respectable 267.
Shane Bond took an early wicket, but Nick Scott dominated the early part of the Green innings, hitting nine fours in a dominating score of 91. Thomas Odoyo was the pick of the bowlers for the Masters, and threatened to place the Masters on top, but Andrew Garven and Chris Raftery littered the boundary to secure the victory.

Ball By Ball
In a match of three centuries, it was, as usual, Black who had two of them and thus triumphed. James Stedman and Ash Chaulk put on another of their trademark partnerships, sharing 285 to secure a ten-wicket win and condemn Red to last place.
Black bowled first, and after Luff had smashed Kev Gough out of the attack after four dismal overs, Matt Smith returned to nab three wickets and stop the Red innings in its tracks. Yet, Rob Dauth hit nine fours in a blistering 114 to keep the hosts' hopes alive, adding 146 for the sixth wicket for Sean Bennett as Red recovered from 136 for five.
However, those five wickets were all that would fall. Red, without their leading wicket-taker on tour duty, had absolutely no threat, with Stedman and Chaulk notching up hundreds at a remarkable rate and no bowlers deserving wickets. Black continued their march through 45 overs unbeaten and unthreatened.
