CW Red is a middle of the road team. Occasional success, but unlikely to mount a serious challenge.
Håkon Mørk and Rob Dauth have played a significant amount of cricket for CW XI and have outstanding records to show for it. David Kennett and Dave Watt (presently inactive) have played a lot of internationals too, but neither are first choice anymore. Kennett is still one of the most celebrated international bowlers we've produced though. David Kearsley played for the international team a few times too. He has a couple of outstanding innings to his name at that level, but ultimately faded into mediocrity.
Those are the obvious names.

The contract column: how many years the player has left on his contract - during which time the player can not leave without mutual agreement
The value column: the "price" of the contract - higher costs more to the team - calculated through a formula depending on international and domestic games played during the last season.

The value is essentially the cost of a player contract per year. It's calculated relative to the average number of matches played per season. Some of the players were adjusted upward or downward depending on their situation.
