Thought it was a bit dodgy 1st up - I think over half the ball has to pitch in line for a delivery to be considered out.

Like that time I went all the way to see Simon Jones play for Worcestershire and he didn't play.. gutted:@
Have you seen much of Jones this season only saw him in 20/20 game on TV & he looked to be bowling well was getting up to the high 80s mph in speed.

Is there actually a rule that specifies that? Personally if the ball pitches on the stumps whether it's just a fraction of the ball (ie if the stumps were moved up the pitch to where the ball pitched, the ball would hit the stump), then I think that should be good enough.

Only on TV in a few Pro40 games and one Twenty20 looked quick, but he is quite 'chunky'
i spose he's always been a strong bloke..

Watching the India Sri Lanka test series that is mandate the TV umpire has to use for referals to decide if the ball pitched outside of leg stump.
