The fast bowler seems to have a good action and the batsman is clueless, even though the deliveries does not look too far (either way) from 60mph. Nice clip, I liked the Waqar Younis (or was it Malinga?) impression too.

Haha, I'm pretty sure most were coming down nearer 70mph.
To be honest, I couldn't see the ball so I am judging on when the batsman reacts. If it is closer 70mph (which is the equivalent of a slowish first XI opening bowler), then the batsman has very slow reflexes.

Scheduled to fly back a week on Tues. But it can be shortened or extended depending on the advice of my medical consultant.

I arrive on Mon and have my 1st appointment on Tues which will fix my schedule

Unlikely. I'm very determined. I used to be called Jimmy Adams. And not just because I'm strikingly good looking and a fine player of spin. Ok, truth be told I never faced enough wristspin to be anything close to a master of it. But every other point in this post remains true.
Nah. It was a bloody huge tree.

I was unimpressed. Too many deliveries drifting down legside

The bounce in that place doesn't match where it pitches compared to everywhere else i've ever played. Had a net session in a hall this week where it's as flat as all the pitches i play on, was batting much better.

OK UK residents (perminant or temporary), as April dawns 'tis time to start getting our act together once more.

What I want from you over the course of the next week or two is...

Are you interested in a meetup any time in the next 5 months?
Name dates that wouldn't be do-able for you in that time (doesn't have to be exact - can be a week here, a day there, a certain day of the week in X month).
Location and potential travel methods (driving own car, hopeful for lift, location would like lift from, train, train station, etc.).

So far everything major that's been done has been Edgbaston, the place has served us admirably and there's no reason it shouldn't do so again. There's several very nice places you can play a game, and you can even pretend to watch a game for a while if that takes the fancy.

10, IIRR. Pictured here are 9 of they:

Ignore the absurd expression (not to mention awful hair) on the face of the idiot 3rd from the left (as the camera looks).

A better impression of him given here incidentally:
