Possibly even more incredible given how soon it comes after this innings, pretty sure that was a record for sixes in a List A match. He was a number seven or eight a few years back as well.

Awesome innings, in this match and the current match. :)

Even if they go and collect all twenty points against UAE next week Kenya have blown an opportunity to give themselves a massive lead in the Intercontinental cup before their away games against The Netherlands and Scotland.

ICC Intercontinental Cup:
Day 1: Kenya 255/6 (100.0 ov) V UAE.

Ireland youngsters look to follow their seniors in U19 WC... How far is it possible?

How many tests get that many overs bowled in one day?

Test matches should aim for 90 overs in a day...

May have something to do with Hair not umpiring. He umpired against Namibia and the timing on day 1 (I wasn't there for the other days) seemed a little strange:
Play started at 9:30.
Lunch was at 11:30 (D.H was still happily munching when play resumed close to 12:30)
Tea was held between innings - fair enough, but this made it early.
Close of play was 5:15 or thereabouts. 96 Overs had been played.

They played more than enough cricket in the day - Tests need 6 hrs play, but it seemed bizarre to start so early when there was still plenty of light later and the conditions were better. 11:30 lunch was also ridiculous - my holiday brekky hadn't even had time to reach my stomach, let alone be digested enough for lunch!

Maybe there are different rules for the IC games, but it seemed strange to me and certainly amused/perplexed some of the Kenyan technical bench.
