Burgey there's a whole thread discussing the outlawing of leg byes. I can't remember what it was, something about changes in Twenty20 cricket I think.

Not just another ton in the series, another 150 for the Little Master
17 of his 39 tons are 150s as well now. Loving how he has been in such an aggressive mindset and in such good form today.

Also, Lee has bowled brilliantly today.

Lee v Tendulkar has been great to watch.

It's not me who is suggesting it, but they would say there should be no runs allowed from it.
As long as both teams have the opportunity to score the extra runs then let it be for now. And it's not as if though bad bowling is the thing that's inflicting it, but good bowling that a batsman can't hit.

Finally - should have been bouncing him a lot more often yesterday.

Great knock from a master player, and well deserved Lee.

Bittersweet here, nice to see him out, sad to see him go. How good have the Aussie crowds been to him though? Almost as good as the English crowds earlier last year.

Leg byes mate, not byes.

If a bowler bowls a ball and the batsman tickles it off the pads for a run, why should they get that run when they are unable to hit it?
I think it's because it is a little harder to make consistent contact with a ball on the legs. When leg byes make up 50% or more of a team's total I think it's time to worry. I'd be surprised if there're more than 20 in any given innings on average.

What has Lee's average speed been today? I reckon it has been 144-146 which 1-2 higher than usual and just shows how he has kept bowling fast, stretching himself. Another long spell too. What a player.

It was a nice touch be Lee rubbing Tendulkar's helmet after he dismissed him, as congratulations on the knock.

Also looked a bit weird. :p

BTW Tendulkar's average batting at number 4 is 58 some thing. Will be great if he can get that figure up to above 60 by the end of his career.

Surprised no one has mentioned this, but Tendulkar is now only 213 from breaking Lara's all time run scoring record. He won't do it in this Test, but pretty soon I would think.
Mentioned it in the thread about who will eventually hold Lara's record.

He'd almost be a shoo-in if there was a fifth test vs. Aus you'd think, but it looks like Sachin will get the record in India against South Africa.
