I know Jacker famously topped both the batting and bowling averages in 05, but I'm pretty sure he didn't top the aggregates.

How about George Giffen in 1894/95? He got 475 runs and took 34 wickets. His wicket tally was surely top, and for the 1890s that total of runs must have left him near the top as well.
