All choices wildly arbitrary and subject to change at a moment's notice:

England: Pietersen, probably. He's our best player.
Australia: Hussey, he just seems less evil than the others. Nah, he strikes as a really together bloke who loves his cricket.
South Africa: Can I chose Pietersen again? No? I'll go AB de Villiers then, plays with a smile at least.
West Indies: Chanders, clearly. Bloke's amazing.
India: Dravid Great fighter and conducts himself with a manner befitting his status at all times. Hopefully he's truned a corner now.
Pakistan: would've Asif prior to the 'roids, but will go for Gul now. Carried a mediocre attack over here in 2006.
New Zealand: Chris Martin. How can you not love a bloke who's so endearingly ****e at batting? Not afraid to send himself up either.
Sri Lanka: Sangakarra. Enjoy his batting so much, even if he did blot his copybook in the third test.
Bangladesh: Mortaza. At least vaguely resembles a test bowler on occasions.

Australia: like them all really. I'll say Gilchrist, just ahead of Lee.
England: when he's fit, Flintoff. Inspiring presence on the field.
India: Tendulkar. The guy is just the consumate champion and seems pretty humble and classy for how big a star he is.
Sri Lanka: Vaas. Love the bloke tbh.
South Africa: Nel. Mad as a cut snake, but great value.
New Zealand: Probably Fleming.
West Indies: Bravo

I'll add a reason to mine aswell, good idea.

Australia - Matthew Hayden

He's a queenslander, I like his attitude to try to dominate every bowler 100% of the time, even if the bowler has him in trouble, which is rare, he will still try and hit a four over his head.

South Africa - Jacques Kallis

He seems like a nice bloke. I love watching him bat, he bats in a bubble as I like to say, he is unflappable. He is technically one of the best and he never gets himself out like a lot of batsmen. He can bowl pretty fast, ive seen him bowl around 145 km/h which will trouble any batsman.

India - Dravid

He's calm, he bats in a bubble like Kallis.

England - Hoggard

Love his bowling. Consistently the best bowler in England. Not overly quick but is accurate and gets swing which troubles any batsman.

New Zealand - Shane Bond

The shining star of NZ cricket basically. NZ attack is just weak without him. Bowls massive banana inswingers and has a great yorker.
