Nets and matches, like before, but now you also have to sacrifice goats and suchlike. Basically it's exactly the same as it was, but more random. Nowt you can do about it really, except wait.

Pretty lame, Hook is on abysmal bowling form, he went down from woeful form last week. Hopefully it gets back up soonish.

One thing i have noticed is that top players in lower standard leagues seem to have pretty low form, as they are expected to basically take a 5-fer or a hundred every match. As form seems to be based on your performance in comparsion to the quality of oppersition.

I have a respectable batsmen for example who scores runs once year 3-4 games this season. But he still has superb form, as even getting into double figures he performed better then what he should against the type of bowlers he faces.

Whereas my quality batsmen drop up and down from proficient to superb depending on whether they scores 50s to 100s or fail. I could be wrong but that is what i've noticed.

I seem to recall he's even explicitly said that it's unrelated to past performance in one of the Q&As. I am, of course, too lazy to go and look through them. :)

I can't believe I ate the whole thing
Two bowling, batting and fielding if you can afford it. It'll get his batting secondaries up a bit quicker. But obviously you'll want to focus on his bowling as he is indeed quite decent and should be a more than handy bowler and an alright lower order bat. :)

.

Basically two nets works out like this:
- 17yo: 6 weeks
- 18yo: 7-8 weeks
- 19yo: 9 weeks
- 20yo: 10-11 weels
- 21yo: 12 weeks

That's incorrect your better off to have only 1 player assigned to one training session per weak anymore his fitness and BT Rating will drop:)

If you're playing in the immediate short term then yeah, fitness will take a tiny bit of a hit. But I have all my trainees on at least two nets, and they're all sublime by my Friday league games. And BT rating doesn't effect playing ability at all, but skill does. Basically, if you want your players to be in your team for any more than a season or two after you stop training them, they need to be on multiple nets from their teens.
