Pretty ridiculous that it's taking so long. 25 minutes with most of the covers off already... why?Play to resume at 4.40
You did not get it. Not discrediting England's bowling. England bowled well but so did India. However, England also batted well while India did not. It is not that difficult to bowl well in swing friendly conditions as bowlers from both sides showed. However, to be all out at 200 in was certainly lower than what India should have had despite England bowling well. Similarly in the second inning, India losing those three wickets on Day 4 in flat conditions where at least two wickets were out was dire. I would have to say that the difference between the two sides was the batting, not the bowling. India was dire in the given department. KP's inning was a difference too. He persevered when he wasn't going smooth earlier but once the conditions became batsmen friendly and the sun was out, he capitalised. It would be unfair to say India's poor 1st innings was not due to our bowling though. Anderson & Sidebottom shared 9 wickets, and would have roubled most batsmen the way they bowled.
Rain to resume at 4.40 .....Play to resume at 4.40
AWTA...looks like it will cost us now. The posh bloke on TMS whose name escapes me reckons we've seen the last ballPretty ridiculous that it's taking so long. 25 minutes with most of the covers off already... why?
Hope it doesn't cost England.
Just want to say, India bowled well on the second day but the first day bowling was quite dire when it was swinging quite a bit early on. England have bowled pretty well throughout. England has batted better than us regardless, but their bowling has been better too.You did not get it. Not discrediting England's bowling. England bowled well but so did India. I thought India more than made up for it by getting England out for 298 though after England was 250/2.Just want to say, India bowled well on the second day but the first day bowling was quite dire when it was swinging quite a bit early on. From Wiki
The fine particulate matter produced by car exhaust and other human sources of pollution form cloud condensation nuclei, leading to the production of clouds and increasing the likelihood of rain.
That contributes to other human forms of pollution. So you're doing your bit, mateJust had a bean burrito..
