bull****, is "the Panel" more important then the general population of the website? It's rude to people who don't know quite frankly
The general population of the forum doesn't really need to know what's being said here, TBH - it's of importance only to the Panel. Same way a Kiwi who was only interesting in his own team wouldn't need to read a thread about the Indian domesic season, as it wouldn't be of any interest or make a great deal of sense.

Fiery, get over it man. Stop trying to pick fights with Richard when there is no need.

That'll certainly help build bridges
I've absolutely no wish to build bridges whatsoever. I've already tried once, and he threw it back in my face.

There's no point, IMO, in not bearing a grudge - if you just repeatedly turn the other cheek all that happens is you get slapped a lot.

WHY do you have to mention the bit about age? Who gives a flying **** that Perm's 16? You'd never - and I mean, never - have guessed had he not said anything, and that applies to all well-spoken young posters.

FFS, I can sort of understand if you feel he's constantly sniping at you (not that I feel he is, mind) but it gets utterly tiresome you constantly bringing-up people's ages.

Your constant sniping whenever you disagree with anything I say is boring me to tears now tbh. Constantly being told what to do by somone more than 1/2 my age is tiresome...give it a rest mate
Has it occurred to you that a lot of your posts are just flaming and are bound to cause an argument? FTR I don't disagree with you, I think it would be better if people used posting ID's as opposed to names except in obvious cases but adharcric's name has been used quite a bit on this forum by now and you probably should've cottoned on to who he was. As for the age thing, that has nothing to do with it. You must be of the "respect your elders" generation, whereas I think that respect must be earnt. I do respect you a lot of the time as a poster, but needless arguments like these just ruin you.

Amen 230% to both of those.

Haha, awesome. Never thought my name would ever spark such a heated argument.

Fiery, I see where you are coming from with the name business. Earlier, I used to post quite a bit but was not really involved in OT nor did I interact with any members away from the forum; as a result, it took me a while to figure out who the **** Fuller, Gelman, etc (alright, I wasn't that pathetic, but you get the point) were. Now, I can see that one feels inclined to address someone by their real name once you know them well enough (ie exchanged emails, chat, etc).

How does that help resolve the issue? Don't ask.

Haha, totally the opposite of what I expected when seeing Akhil with last-post. Thought he was gonna be saying "oh no, not again" or summat. :)

Calm down all, I have read this thread several times and don't see what all the fuss is about.
