Key, Butcher, Ramps, Hildreth the list goes on and on. batting is not a weakness atm, tbh.

Cooks luckiest England innings ever I think, still all runs are good runs.
Dunno, he's had a few chanceful innings in his time. Like his current batting partner, he tends to make the opposition pay when he gets a chance or two

Would you really want to go back to these guys? Admittedly I haven't heard of Hildreth

Awful shot from Cook, which you dont really expect from him. He is such a quality prospect for England.

Ravi Bopara just scored a double-hundy. He looked fairly handy at the World Cup, and certainly a cut above Ganga. Don't rate his bowling though.... Just ask yourself, "Where's the speed?"

Key and Butcher have both been considerably more successful than Ganga at Test level, Ramps, hmmm, however he has been tearing up the Championship of late.

I'd back Ramps to score runs if selected, just quietly. Sure he did well last season against second division bowling, this summer he is averaging 117. The standard may not be the highest, but well...I'd be tempted if I was a selector :)

Ohh, they were just the first names I could think of. I think both Key and Butch weren't dropped, but were injured and never got back in the side. I'd certainly have no problem going back to Butcher.

I actually think Ramps would be madness, but it keeps on getting mooted in the press over here:unsure:

There's Bopara and Shah too.

This is the biggest shambles I have ever seen on a test pitch. At least Zim and Bang can field to some extent. This is PATHETIC.

The only thing worse than Windies atm, is Harmison.
