Office of the Stats Keeper

Looks like we are back to the days of mid to high 20s averages are good bowling averages. I guess it is a good way to find out who really is the cream of crop of the 2nd seamers spot in Tests. But it does limit the choices a fair bit. Thomas, Cunningham, Collins, Borcich, Hancock, and Cameron (surprisingly) all putting their hand up. Wright taking a fair few wickets but needs to get that average down. Watt starting the season off pretty well as also.

Batting wise Fitz starting to get back in the runs, but Young looking good for the vacant No 3 spot, but there are few other flat pitch bullies putting their hand up.

Loony BoB

International Captain
Stedman leads the batting with a whopping 403 runs. Chaulk (353), Luff (340), Young (336), and Bharat (332) are those to have reached 300, Dobson (298) not too far behind.

In the bowling stats, Kennett leads with 19 wickets, while Fuller (17), Gelman (14), Richards (13), Dunn (12),McNamara (11), Wilson (11) and Cameron (10) follow.

Chaulk easily the pick of the keepers, with 11 catches and 2 stumpings in 7 matches.

Oh, and for the restricted one... M Corrin - 182 @ 45.75, S/R 106.40, HS 65* (1x 50). 3 overs bowled, 16 runs @ economy of 5.33. :p

Would really love to see a young specialist fast bowler step up in ODs, sometime soon. Dunn has been pretty impressive, hopefully he keeps it going. Clapham and Gough have started off their season really well, which is a good sign. A few all rounders in Gelman, Fuller and Wilson are all bowling really well. Cameron and Demeza are bowling pretty well, can't believe Trav bowling well in ODs. Bochat and Amir are showing some potential in the limited game time they have had. But it would be really nice if we had OD bowler standing and pushing for selection the way Stedman is with the bat.

Thanks for that :)

Pleased with my OD form tbh, and quite surprised

International Regular
Stedman surely has to be front-runner for Goff's spot in the ODI side.
Sure is, it would shock alot of people if he wasn't picked he's been the most consistent dev league OD batsman over the last 2-3 seasons(disregarding internationals). I don't think it will take him long to establish himself either...

The only issue I can think of is that he's an opener, whereas the gap isn't opening...
