No, they may move up and down fighting with kenya and zimbabwe. :p But they do have odi's and other things confirmed with icc organizing some for them.
What I'm saying is that they won't be playing enough games to make any significant moves up or down the rankings, they are basically there just for looks.

Can't ****ing wait for tonight's game, it must be said. Hopefully we will see the first memorable game of the World Cup.

Sri Lanka better off losing tonight as that will mean they will play at St Lucia in the Semis which suits SL rather than Kingston Jamaica which would favour South Africa or England (as the 4th Placed Team) IMO .

Besides loser tonight will , IMO be the winner in the crunch game next time ...So I think a loss tonight will not be bad for SL....

* Psyching myself to accept a loss tonight*

I'm scared, very scared....

Nervous and tense too. I dont think SL have what it takes, but go Sri Lanka!

Am thoroughly looking forward to the game tonight, will be hoping that Gilchrist or Jayasuriya fire so the game is high-adrenaline. I think Australia will be too strong for the Sri Lankans, although the game promises to be a great match up.

What was wrong was that, exactly? Four wickets in four balls is indeed known as a double hat-trick, for whatever stupid reasons.

Never heard it referred to as a double hat-trick in all my life. The term itself indicates 6 wickets in 6 wickets so it is weird.

What is with this defeatist mentality amonst English sports fans?

So tell me why then, if they so utterly hopeless why should they bother turning up?

Double hattrick is probably four balls because there are two hattricks in there. That is, officially, two different sets of batsmen, even if two of the batsmen feature in both sets...

So those would be the "whatever stupid reasons" :p
