KP must be feeling helpless at the non-striker's end, as Nicholas is pointing out. He'll get out once he gets on strike.

Aussies need to get KP's wicket before the death overs, otherwise KP might do some serious damage at the death of the innings.

If Nixon wants to reverse-sweep Taito then his mouth-guard might come in handy.

P.S: Taito reversing it a mile, and Bopara is stuck atm putting pressure on KP.

Dire stuff from Bopara. needs to play some shots or at least rotate the strike. His SR is tragic for this stage of the game.

This innings has been yet another case in point for the minority (i.e. Richard) who think wickets simply don't matter in ODIs.

Dire stuff from England. We're really scraping the barrel as far as people like Bopara go. One good innings against SL and he's suddenly the best thing since sliced bread. I have no doubt that he will be a quality player in the future, but the Super 8 stages of a World Cup is not the place to try out 'upcoming talent'.

if he tries reverse sweeping Tait, they'll have to pick his mouthguard out of his brain....

Well, its not like 'established' talent is working out all that well for you guys. With that said, still pretty dire stuff from Bopara. Some accurate bowling, but its no excuse.
