Fair point actually, if Tait is loose early on then I can see Tamim really slaying him through cover and point. However I think that Bangladesh will struggle with the kind of pace that Tait has if he gets the ball on target at the stumps.
Yeah, it'll be fun either way though :)

Come on Mortaza, you're the last link in a multi of mine. I need you to fire up and get wickets today, more than Razzak at least.

They are a bunch of hard working Australians and South Africans (who unable to get selected for their own countries have used some loop holes to form an Irish Team) with a couple of Irishmen and have managed to succesfully knockout an established Test playing Nation (Pakistan) and gone where the largest nation in the Cricketing World has been denied... the Irony really annoys me more than anything if you ask me...
TBF to the Micks, only Bray, Johnston, Botha & Langford-Smith are foreign-born. All the Australian-born players are married to Irish women & hold citizenship as a consequence. They've made their homes in Ireland, so are hardly exploiting loop-holes. Cricket is a minority sport in Ireland, but it is growing.

&, obviously, England (mother-nation of the sport) have half-inched the best Ireland-born player so it isn't all one way traffic.

I am just worried about our Bowling department. Franklin,,,,I am just wondering how he fares in the coming matches. I expect him to come hard in the coming matches.
Voltman will have a field day with this post :p
I'm too tired...

Sounds like someone doesn't want the game to grow.

The start of the game has been delayed, just hope the match doesn't get shortened a great deal.

Can't complain about 9 showing a Aust-Pak match from the 92 WC instead, however. Sohail going great. :D at Imran coming in before Inzi - I suppose he was just making his way into the team at the time... Notice the lack of boundary ropes and the distinctly thin "clunk" a reasonable piece of wood makes when you middle a ball with it, as opposed to half a tree trunk.
