Michael Vaughan is a top class batsman and captain, who we sorely miss when he is not in the team. Certainly more in terms of Test cricket than one-day, but he'd still be in my limited overs 11.

Because they think they are better than they are and get continually overrated by their countrymen peers and the media.

Most of them are also soft, spineless, primadonnas who are more interested in their hair and trying to appear cool than actually being any good.

Case in point are guys like Joyce and Bell who think they're the big stars, bullying the lowly nobodies of this world...yet invariably are easily outpsyched & crumble meekly against the dominant characters of proper opposition.
