Thank you very much !!!!! For a cogent observation.'
Yes, you are right tendulkar scores against minnows at most of time and when the pitch really suits him. He did not help his team nor he scored more than 10 runs when the team needed most. Remember,
at 99 WC, against AUS in super six...Out in 1st ball
at 2003 against AUS in final Out again cheaply
2007 against SRL, the scene continues.........
I really pity his star status..........But those runs in WC didnt help at any point of time to get the WC.........
Weren't you proven wrong on that a little while back by liam?HAS he WON GAMES WITH ANY regularity and under-pressure deserving the GOD status you guys bestow on him ?
Answer: NO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yup. So a couple changes I think. I think Kumble will still be around for tests, so basically the dravid - tendulkar - laxman middle order stays? Now that Yuvraj is healthy, he should get in (even though I don't believe he is a test quality player)?SS, let's discuss the England squad shall we?
AA already has a 90 under his belt. If AA saves this match for India along with dravid, I will make him my god...and I hate him!Tragic end to Sachin's WC career, if this is it.
Ganguly over Yuvraj, no?Yup. So a couple changes I think. I think Kumble will still be around for tests, so basically the dravid - tendulkar - laxman middle order stays? Now that Yuvraj is healthy, he should get in (even though I don't believe he is a test quality player)?
The problem comes down to the openers - surely Sehwag should be gone. Karthik was one bright star in the SA series, so I really like him too.
I am not surprised at your lemming like observations. You guys are a herd of sheep with blinders on. Well, enjoy the World Cup and Tendulkar's ZERO in his last match.Weren't you proven wrong on that a little while back by liam?
Highly doubt that.in his last match
You're right, Ganguly has to be in. So then you leave out both Karthik and Yuvraj? That's very harsh. But the question is, who to open? I say Chopra and Jaffer/Gambhir.Ganguly over Yuvraj, no?
this was a "must-perform-well" game for a player of his stature given the importance of the game...very disappointing last world cup game for tendulkar....as for captaincy, he has to first deserve a place in the side before being given that...this performance really calls for a major overhaul of the team, tendulkar should either be asked to retire or be dropped....Tendulkar has been given vice captaincy and has accepted it. So it is very much likely that he is the next in line. I have made cleared in the past why I think he would make a good captain as well.
Well, how stupid and unlucky can us Indians be ?Highly doubt that.
won't happen...The whole nations hope now lies on......Bermuda.
Thank you ! the history of Indian players earning mega-bucks is that they have to be shamelessly pushed out ! He will NOT retire - he is milking it !this was a "must-perform-well" game for a player of his stature given the importance of the game...very disappointing last world cup game for tendulkar....as for captaincy, he has to first deserve a place in the side before being given that...this performance really calls for a major overhaul of the team, tendulkar should either be asked to retire or be dropped....
Unlucky..First up you are nowhere near to good performance and saying that you are unlucky......Luck and unlucky is only to those who take each game seriously . IND no where near to professional cricketWell, how stupid and unlucky can us Indians be ?
