Swans to win this year tbh. Hopefully the Blues go good this year. Sick of our lack of success.

Carn the Blues! Just got back from the game, so awesome. 45,000 Carlton supporters going crazy, best atmosphere I've ever seen.

Good win for Carlton, but the real asset to come out of that match was the way Jonathan Brown played. What a genuine star.

Haha, Essendon = slowest midfield ever. Almost makes Collingwood look quick.
Lovett, Winderlich, Stanton,Monfries, Dyson is hardly slow. Havent watched Essendon this pre-season have you Jack?

Davey and Jetta also have been very very good in the forward line.

Horrible news for Nathan Thompson and the Kangaroos. Shocker really.
Yeah, we'll struggle to kick more than 5 goals a game, If Grant gets stopped, then make it 2... Devastated.

Nah seriously, so devastated. Our only hope now is to play a similar small forward line as to what the Bulldogs did last year, Edwards at FF, the indigenous boys like Thomas and Campbell lurking with Corey Jones and Grant running around the half forward line. I would stick Hamish down there too, played quite a bit of junior footy at FF.

Some big calls there. Geelong's year this year, don't see why people would write off Adelaide either, gun side. WB and Freo too early to tell at this stage, can see both sides doing amazingly or under-performing. Should know what we're dealing with in the first few weeks anyways.
